📖 Our Story
It all started with a cat.
Not a dramatic story—just a ordinary tabby named Olive who showed up on a doorstep one rainy night and never left. Our founder had never owned a pet before. Suddenly, there was litter to buy, food to research, toys to test, and a million questions with no clear answers.
What brand is actually healthy? Why is this toy already destroyed? Does she need a scratching post or is my couch fine?
The frustration led to late-night research, conversations with vets, and a growing realization: pet owners deserved better. Better information. Better products. Better prices.
So our founder quit the corporate job, adopted two more rescues (because why stop at one?), and built this store from the ground up—one chew toy, one bag of kibble, one happy customer at a time.
Today, we're a team of cat people, dog people, bunny people, and even one brave hamster person. We argue about treat flavors, celebrate every customer photo we receive, and still get emotional when a rescue pet finds its forever home.
